Services Include:
1) Assistance with paying bills (if our client has monthly bills they need to pay and can’t because they are on the road)
2) Assistance filing paperwork (DOT, FMCSA & MC #’s, We’ll help with DOT registration and your MC number, along with federal and state permits including IFTA & IRP)
3) Assistance with locating mechanics should you break down etc. (locating the best mobile mechanics in the area, as quickly as possible)
4) Assistance with handling personal business (sometimes our clients don’t have the time and they need to concentrate on driving and resting so their loads are not delayed)
5) Sending/Receiving Faxes (Pay one monthly fee and we take care of the rest)
6) Keeping drivers informed where DOT are performing inspections
7) Assistance with locating Cargo Liability Insurance (shopping for the best rates)
8) Tracking drivers’ hours (reviewing drivers logs to track hours)
9) Assistance filing for EIN#, DBA etc. (new drivers benefit greatly from this service)
